Order Confirmation

Once you select and confirm your order on this website, you agree to purchase the corresponding disposable tableware products and comply with all terms of this purchase agreement. After confirming the order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Bio Partner detailing your purchase and the expected shipping date.

Product Price and Payment The prices displayed on this website are subject to the final Proforma Invoice (PI), but do not include applicable taxes. Taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax rates.

Payment methods include: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc. You are required to complete payment within 7 days after confirming the order. Production and Delivery Time The production cycle for all disposable tableware products is 30-60 days, depending on the order quantity and product type.

Once production is completed, the products will be shipped according to logistics arrangements. The shipping period after dispatch is 15-30 days, depending on the destination and logistics provider. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Customization Terms For customized orders, including but not limited to customized logo printing, colors, sizes, or designs, additional time for production and a different price may apply.

Customized orders are subject to prior approval of design proofs, which will be provided by Bio Partner before production. The customer is responsible for approving the proofs before production begins. Once the customized order is confirmed and in production, it cannot be modified or canceled. Customers are required to pay the agreed price for the customized order. Transfer of Ownership and Risk Ownership and risk of the products transfer to you upon delivery to the specified address. Please check the packaging and product condition upon receipt. If there are any damages or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide relevant proof.
